1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of the Brisqnex website and the free online tools on it ("Brisqnex", "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The Service

Brisqnex offers free online tools for PDFs, images, text, developer and SEO tasks, unit and currency conversion, and everyday calculations. No account is needed to use them.

Most tools work entirely in your browser: the files and text you use with them are processed on your device and are not uploaded to Brisqnex. A few features rely on outside services, and each tool's page explains how it works:

• The Grammar Checker sends the text you check to LanguageTool's public API.
• The Currency Converter downloads exchange-rate data from Frankfurter.
• Messages sent through the Contact page are delivered by Formspree.

3. Your Content

Files, text and other content you use with the tools remain yours. You're responsible for having the right to use that content, and for choosing not to send confidential information to a tool that uses an outside service.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Brisqnex, please don't:

• Use the site or its tools for anything unlawful.
• Disrupt, overload or interfere with the site, for example through automated scraping or excessive requests.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Misuse the outside services the tools connect to, such as by sending them automated or bulk requests.

5. Results and Accuracy

The tools are built to give correct results, but conversions, calculations, generated files and suggestions can contain errors. Check anything important before relying on it. Results such as BMI, percentages or exchange rates are general information, not medical, financial or other professional advice — see the Disclaimer for more.

6. Availability and Changes

Brisqnex is offered free of charge and may change at any time. Tools or features may be added, changed or removed, and the site or an outside service a tool depends on may sometimes be unavailable.

7. No Warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brisqnex and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including loss of data. Keep a copy of your original files before processing them.

9. Intellectual Property

The Brisqnex name, logo, design and original site content belong to Brisqnex. Some tools are built on open-source software and models, which remain under their own licences.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Outside services used by the tools, and websites the site links to, are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies. Brisqnex doesn't control them and isn't responsible for their content, availability or practices. How Brisqnex handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that can't be waived by agreement.
