Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what information is involved when you use the Brisqnex website and its free online tools. In short: there are no accounts, Brisqnex doesn't run analytics or advertising, and most tools never send your files or text anywhere. The few exceptions are listed below.

2. Files and Text You Use with the Tools

Most tools — including the PDF, image, text, developer and calculator tools — process your files and text entirely in your browser. That content is not uploaded to Brisqnex. Some tools download supporting files from this site the first time you use them (for example, the reading engine for Image to Text or the AI model for Background Remover); these downloads don't include anything of yours.

3. Tools That Use Outside Services

• Grammar Checker: when you click Check text, the text and the language you selected are sent to LanguageTool's public API (api.languagetool.org), which returns the suggestions. Brisqnex doesn't store the text, but LanguageTool receives it under its own privacy policy, so avoid checking confidential material.
• Currency Converter: your browser downloads the European Central Bank's daily reference rates from Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev, with api.frankfurter.app as a backup). Only the rate table is requested — the amounts and currencies you choose are not sent.
• Text to Speech: the text is read by your browser's own speech voices and isn't sent by Brisqnex. Some browsers offer online voices that may be generated on the browser maker's servers; choose a voice installed on your device if that matters to you.

As with any web request, these services can see your IP address and basic browser information when your browser contacts them.

4. Contact Form

Messages sent through the Contact page are delivered by Formspree, which processes the name, email address, subject and message you enter under its own privacy policy. This information is used only to read and reply to your message.

5. Information Stored in Your Browser

Brisqnex doesn't set cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two things only:

• your light or dark theme choice;
• the Currency Converter's last currency pair and most recent rate table, so the page can reopen with your currencies and still work if the rate service is briefly unreachable.

This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

6. Analytics and Advertising

Brisqnex doesn't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking services. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe them.

7. Hosting

Like most websites, the servers that deliver Brisqnex's pages may record standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and reliability.

8. Children

Brisqnex is a general-audience website and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. See also the Terms of Service.
